CUA Launch Let Residential Property Contract - CUA are delighted to announce the launch of our new Let Residential Property Policy
Following a successful pilot with 3 Network members CUA are delighted to announce the launch of our new Let Residential Property contract with effect from 22nd April 2009.
This product fills a gap in our current Property Owners offering and is targeted at the ‘buy-to-let’ market from the single house to a portfolio of let residential property.
We are confident that our wording is comparable with the best in the market and that we will offer competitive rates. Basic commission is 20% (22% for SME Opt In members) whilst higher commission can be negotiated on a case by case basis.
